Total RNA was isolated from the tenocytes that had been treated for 24 h with IL-1β (10 ng/mL) in the absence or presence of HA3000 preparations of various concentrations (0.1 mg/mL, 1 mg/mL, and 2.5 mg/mL). The PBS-only group was the Control group. Gene expression levels were evaluated using real-time RT-PCR. Bars are mean ± SD.
