6-8 week old C57bl/6 mice, in a group of five for vehicle control and a group of seven for tris DBA, were injected orthotopically with 5 × 10⁵ Pan02 cells. One week post injection, they receive vehicle (coconut oil), tris-DBA 6.4 mg/kg, all three times weekly. (A) At sacrifice, tumors were removed and their weight measured.
