Label incorporation of glucose in palmitate and stearate was compared to label incorporation in nucleotides in THP-1 and HCT116 cell (WT or silenced for TKTL1) (mean±SD; n=4; p-values are adjusted using a Holm method, *p<0.05, **p<0.01, ***p<0.005). The values represent the ratio of the incorporation of glucose label into palmitate/stearate versus incorporation of glucose label into nucleotides.
