(A) Lymphocytes were isolated from C57BL/6 mice and mock-treated or treated with 1 μg/ml anti-CD3e and 1 μg/ml anti-CD28 for 1 h. The cells were co-cultured with primary mixed glial cells for 24 h (lymphocytes: glia = 1:0.1), and cell extracts were analyzed by Western blotting using the indicated antibodies. (B) Primary glial cells were pretreated with or without the indicated concentration of GA for 1 h, and lymphocytes were mock-treated or treated with 1 μg/ml anti-CD3e and 1 μg/ml anti-CD28 for 1 h. The cells were co-cultured for 24 h. The results shown are representative of three individual experiments.
