(A) Mouse primary glia were cultured alone or co-cultured with lymphocytes or lymphocytes with 1 μg/ml anti-CD3e and 1 μg/ml anti-CD28 for 3 h (a) or 24 h (b). Transcript levels of the indicated cytokines were determined by RT-PCR analysis. (B) The secreted levels of IL-2, IL-10, IFNγ, and IL-6, were measured in the indicated cells using a CBA assay kit. The results shown are representative of three individual experiments.
