PBMCs were isolated from freshly drawn SD rat blood, treated with 5 or 10 μg/ml GA for 1 h, and then either treated with LPS for 3 h (A), or treated with IFNγ for 24 h (B). Western blot analyses were performed using the indicated antibodies. The results shown are representative of at least three individual experiments.
