Axial 2D T2-weighted TSE image (A) shows herniated disc (arrowheads) and non-compromised right L5 nerve root (arrow). However, both readers correctly interpreted compressed right L5 nerve root (arrow) by herniated disc (arrowheads) at right lateral recess stenosis on axial 3D isotropic T2-weighted TSE image (B).
