Untreated DC or HD-DCs (106) were adoptively transferred into Balb/c mice. Five days later, total splenocytes were counted, and following fixation and permeabilization, splenocytes were stained and analyzed by flow cytometry. Complete gating strategy is depicted in (A). The proportion of IL-4 positive cells was assessed in CD4+ (B), CD8+ (C), and CD19+ (D) splenocytes. All data are shown as mean ± SEM; n = 5–6 from one of two representative experiments; **p ≤ 0.01, ***p ≤ 0.001.; unpaired two-tailed Student’s t-test.
