Radiation absorbed dose projections in humans were based on the cumulative number of disintegrations (N) in source organs in mice obtained from biodistribution studies and were estimated using OLINDA Ver. 1.0 software. This assumes that the relative organ biodistribution of 64Cu-NOTA-pertuzumab F(ab')2 in humans will be the same as that in mice.
