MDA-9/Syntenin is involved in radiosensitivity. (A) The REMBRANDT database was mined for glioma patients with no prior radiation treatment who then underwent radiation therapy. These were stratified by SDCBP (mda-9/syntenin) expression (high was set at >1.5-fold overexpression). High tumor MDA-9/Syntenin led to a worse prognosis in those undergoing radiotherapy.
