(B) Cells were treated with either DMSO or PDZ1i 2 h before radiation. Cells were subsequently seeded on fibronectin-coated plates and cell lysates were collected after 1 h and analyzed for protein expression. (C) Lysates from cells treated with and without radiation or PDZ1i as indicated were analyzed via immunoprecipitation (IP).
