An enriched GIPC fraction from gmt1 and wild-type callus was hydrolyzed with TFA. The monosaccharides released were quantified by HPAEC-PAD; n = 4 to 6, ±sd. Bold indicates a significant difference from the wild type (Student’s t test, P < 0.01). DW, dry weight.
