Effects of VEN on the amount of GSSG in rat hepatocytes and the protective role of NAC (200μM), Taurine (200μM) and quercetine (500μM) administration. Hepatocytes (10⁶cells/ml) were incubated in Krebs–Henseleit buffer, pH 7.4, at 37°C for 1h before the addition of VEN (2 mM).The results are expressed as mean ± SEM of three separate experiments.
