Effect of VEN on mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) and the protection resulted from Fructos (1mM) and L-Gluthamine (1mM). Hepatocytes (10⁶cells/ml) were incubated in Krebs–Henseleit buffer, pH 7.4, at 37°C for 1 h following the addition of VEN (2 mM). Data are expressed as Mean ± SEM for at least three separate experiments.
