Immunohistochemistry of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) in the substantia nigra pars compacta (SNpc) and striatum from WT and LRRK2R1441G mutant mice after 50-week oral rotenone administration. There was no significant difference in TH-positive cell numbers in SNpc and striatal TH staining density between WT and mutant mice rotenone treatment (Student’s unpaired t-test).
