Effect of quinpirole on A549 tumor growth inhibition in nude mice. Freshly isolated CD133+ve tumor cells (104) were mixed with Matrigel (1:1) and inoculated subcutaneously in the right flank of each animal. When the tumor reached 100 mm3, quinpirole (10 mg/kg) was administered intraperitoneally for consecutive 7 days. Control mice received only medium + Matrigel.
