Effects of PDM‐042 (A), risperidone (B), and olanzapine (C) on the CAR in rats. PDM‐042 (0.1–1 mg/kg, p.o.) was administered 60 min before the test session. Risperidone (0.01–0.2 mg/kg, s.c.) or olanzapine (0.3–3 mg/kg, s.c.) was administered 30 min before the test session. Data are expressed as mean ± S.E.M. of 5–7 animals.
