Effect of SVT on mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) in tumor cells. The cells were incubated with SVT (2.5 µg/mL) for 24 h. At the end of incubation, the medium was removed, and cells were washed twice with PBS, the cells were incubated with Rhodamine123 (0.5 µM) for 30 min at 37 ˚C in the dark.
