Three different isotopomers were studied: unlabeled (A5); bis-labeled with 13C=O and 13C=18O at the second and third peptide units, respectively (A5-23); and bis-labeled with 13C=O and 13C=18O at the fourth and third peptide units, respectively (A5-43). 13C and 13C=18O are colored in red and blue, respectively. The middle three pairs of dihedral angles are indicated by the arrows.
