Fig. 2 — (Case 2) Contrast-enhanced T₁WI revealed a large right convexity meningioma (A). Right external carotid angiogram (B: antero-posterior view, C: lateral view) showed tumor stain from the MMA anterior branch. NBCA glue was injected from the anterior branch of the MMA without migration to the ophthalmic artery (D, E, F). X-ray image after embolization showed NBCA cast distributed to the tumor (G, H). Contrast-enhanced T₁WI and DWI after embolization revealed that part of the tumor had undergone necrosis (I, J).
