MICA protein expression levels are reduced after confluency and forced suspension correlating with focal adhesion kinase (FAK) activation. (A) U2OS cells were either grown subconfluently, confluently or as spheroids for 5 days and MICA, p21, beta-actin, FAK, and FAK tyr 397 and tyr 861 phosphorylation measured by western blot.
