Flow cytometry analysis of wild-type and mutant pCD163 expression. Expression of wild-type pCD163 and mutant pCD163 at 24 h posttransfection was analyzed. Transfected PK-15 cells were incubated with a commercial mouse anti-pCD163 monoclonal antibody (MCA2311GA; AbD Serotec) or isotype control antibody and then incubated with Cy3-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) (Abbkine). Gray lines stand for the isotype antibody controls, black lines for wild-type receptor, and black dotted lines for mutated receptor stained with anti-pCD163 antibody.
