Influence of ERG expression on outcome in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients. (A) Patients with low ERG expression had inferior RFS (P=0.036). Kaplan-Meier analysis demonstrated that estimated 5-year RFS rate for low ERG expressers was 58%, whereas the estimated 5-year OS rate for high ERG expressers was 79%.
