(A) The levels of p-Akt, Akt, p-ERK and ERK in 5637 cells transfected with miR-143 and siRNA targeting IGF-1R. (B-C) Meta-analysis revealed that higher expression of IGF-1R negatively correlates with bladder cancer (BCA) patient overall survival (B) and disease-free survival. RNA-seq bladder cancer data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) was used, and the log-rank test was used for statistical analysis.
