Effect of DHA on the TPA-induced invasion of MCF-7 cells. Cell invasion was determined by Matrigel assay. Cells were seeded in the upper chamber and drugs were placed in the well. After 24 h of incubation, invaded cells on the bottom of the filter were fixed, stained and counted (x100 magnification).
