A) NNT-PTH at 10 nM, 100 nM or 1 μM concentrations induced PTHR internalization within 30 min. Pretreating cells with 1–500 μM H2O2 significantly inhibited PTHR endocytosis. B) PTHR internalized by 100 nM NNT-PTH recycles to the cell membrane in a time-dependent manner following peptide washout. PTHR recycling was annihilated by pretreating cells for 15 min with 100 μM H2O2.
