Inhibitory effect of N-acetyl serotonin on oxidative stress-induced cytotoxicity in HT-22 cells. HT-22 cells were seeded on a 96 well-plate, and then incubated for 24 h. The above cells were preincubated with or without NAS (50–500 μM) for 30 min before glutamate challenge (5 mM) or hydrogen peroxide (500 μM).
