Perivascular multi-point injection of antagomiR-27a around the left CCA of rats with abdominal aortic coarctation was performed as described, and the right CCA was injected with antagomiR NC locally as a control. Both sides of the CCA were isolated 1 week after surgery for the measurements. (a) The level of miR-27a in the left and right CCA was detected by qPCR.
