For the detection of MPP⁺ levels in striatum, mice were treated with vehicle or nesfatin-1 (ICV) 20 min before MPTP (i.p.) injection. MPP⁺ levels were detected 90 min after MPTP injection. Each value represents the mean ± SEM. All presented values do not significantly differ from MPTP group. (ICV: intracerebroyentricular injection, i.p.: intraperitoneal injection, MPTP: 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1, 2, 3, 6-tetrahydropyridine).
