933W repressor binds to two binding sites in bacteriophage 933W OL. A radioactively labeled DNA fragment containing wild-type 933W OL was incubated with increasing concentrations of the 933W repressor. The concentration of the repressor was increased in twofold steps starting at 0.006 nM. Shown is a native gel of the resulting complexes visualized by phosphorimaging. The positions of the two complexes and the unbound DNA are indicated.
