Shown are results for the Alu-nested PCR of genomic DNA prepared from HIV-1LAI-infected cells expressing Rz (upper panel), total viral DNA PCR amplified using two primers binding to the Gag sequence (middle panel), or the β-globin control PCR (lower panel).
