Influence of double depletion of CD4⁺ CD25⁺ T cells on memory recall responses. Mice were depleted of T_reg cells prior to vaccination and depleted again at 60 days post-initial immunization. Control mice were injected with either β-galactosidase DNA or nonbioactive CpG1982 or -2138. ELISPOT and intracellular staining for IFN-γ were performed 5 days boosting with gB-DNA or SS-CpG.
