Transient expression. Wild-type or mutant viruses were grown in BSC40 cells and transfected with either plasmids containing no insert, wild-type I7L, or mutant I7L. The graph shows viral titers obtained in the presence or absence of TTP-6171. Transient expression with each plasmid is with wild-type virus.
