AdvSca1-SM cells were isolated from SM22α-Cre-YFP mice by flow sorting, embedded in Matrigel, and subcutaneously implanted into syngeneic WT mice. Matrigel plugs were harvested 14 days post-implantation for immunofluorescence analysis. (A).
