Regulation of TP53INP1 and SPARC protein expression by miR-24 and 29a/b. DU145 cells were transfected either with control vectors or miRNA expression vectors. 48 hours after transfection, the protein expression of (a) TP53INP1 and (b) SPARC was determined by western blot using β-actin as loading control.
