Immunohistochemical analysis of SIRT1 expression in chondrosarcoma. (B) Nuclear expression of SIRT1 (×200) was negative in 9/34 of pelvis chondrosarcoma tissues, and positive in 25/34. The patients with chondrosarcoma were divided into positive- and negative-expression groups based on SIRT1 immunostaining scores. The survival rate of the patients in the positive-expression group was significantly lower than that of patients in the negative-expression group (A) (P = 0.043 by the log-rank test).
