At the cortical layer of MLO-Y4 (50–200 nm, a–d), the treatment of DIA caused a significant decrease of cell stiffiness after the removal of DIA, but the stiffiness of the CB treated cells were recovered to normal level after the CB removal (a–d). At deep layers (500–1000 nm, e,f), the stiffiness of MLO-Y4 was decreased significantly after the treatments of both DIA and CB. * Stands for the significant difference of cell stiffiness compared with control (before drug treatments).
