F4/80⁺ cells isolated from B6 mouse spleen were treated with PBS or 10 mM NAC for 24 hours and then mixed with OT-II CD4⁺ T cells. The mixture was incubated for 84 hours in the presence or absence of 50 nM Pam2CSK4 and OVA_323-339. Concentration of IL-17A (A) or IFN-γ (B) in the conditioned media was determined. n = 3.
