RUPP TH17 cells are proinflammatory in NP rats. Circulating levels of the proinflammatory cytokines IL-17 (A), IL-6 (B), and TNF-α (C) were measured in all animal groups. NP (n = 7–13), RUPP (n = 7–15), NP+ RUPP TH17s rat (n = 11–14), NP+TH17+Los (n = 7), and NP+TH17+Temp (n = 7).
