(b) An oblique sagittal T₂ weighted turbo spin-echo image (1460/100, TR/TE) showing moderate (>50% of the root circumference) perineural fat obliteration at C5–6 (arrow). Park grade = 2, Kim grade = 2 and modified Kim grade = 2. He demonstrated positive neurologic manifestations, and neuropathy was confirmed by electromyogram. He showed dramatic improvement of symptoms after epidural nerve block on C5–6.
