PFMC from HIV/TB co-infected patients were assessed for CD4, Foxp3+, CD127 and HLA-DR reactivity (n=16). Frequency of HLADR positive CD4+CD127Foxp3+ T cells was significantly higher than CD4+ CD127 Foxp3 T cells (p<0.001).
