Normalized temperature factors of DNA junctions for the unmodified (GCC), methylated (G5mCC), and hydroxymethylated (G5hmCC) structures. Temperature factors (B-factors) were normalized to the average value for the non-solvent atoms in each structure (100%=average), and each structure was normalized on its own scale independently of the others. Error bars represent the standard deviation of B-factors for the atoms in the selected group.
