Patient also sustained anterior dislocation and possible luxation/extrusion of the upper incisors with associated alveolar fracture, tissue avulsion of her upper lip and laceration of the hard palate of her mouth.

Six months after his initial injury, the patient underwent elective contracture releases of his axillary region and at ten months, he underwent a contracture release of both hands.
