Effects of hesperetin on recovery from Nav1.5 channel inactivation. (A) Representative traces showing the recovery of Nav1.5 channels from inactivation evoked by the double-pulse protocol in the absence or presence of 100 μmol/L hesperetin. The cells were depolarized from a holding potential of −120 mV to a potential of −30 mV for 50-ms (P1) and then returned to the holding potential for a time interval ranging from 2 to 1200 ms before being depolarized by a second 50-ms pulse from −120 mV to −30 mV (P2). (B) The relative amplitudes of INav1.5 (P2/P1) are plotted against the inter-pulse interval. The recovery curves were well fitted with a double-exponential function.
