The morphing between the ctPrp43ΔN•U₇•ADP•BeF₃^- (PDBid: 5lta) complex structure and ctPrp43ΔN•ADP (PDBid: 5d0u) reveals conformational rearrangements in the course of ATP hydrolysis, mainly of the Hook-Turn, which is in close spatial proximity to the RNA.
