For Ku80 and BRCA1, nuclear-to-cytoplasmic intensities decrease post-migration (Figure S1; ≥10 fields of view per condition, n≥ 3expts). Ku80 re-localizes over hours on bottom as γH2AX foci count also decreases. (≥10 cells per condition, n≥2 expts, *p<0.05).
