Arthroscopic capsular release of right ankle joint. The patient is in the prone position. The posteromedial portal is the viewing portal, and the posterolateral portal is the working portal. The shaver stays lateral to the flexor hallucis longus (FHL) tendon and pushes the FHL tendon medially to expose the posterior ankle capsule medial to the FHL tendon.
