Fluorescent immunohistochemistry of MFSD14A and MFSD14B in the mouse brain. Seven micrometers paraffin embedded adult mouse brain sections were stained for MFSD14A or MFSD14B. Representative staining patterns were captured from areas of the hippocampus. (A) MFSD14A staining (green) combined with DAPI nuclear marker (blue) neuronal marker NeuN (red) or (B) astrocytic marker GFAP (red). Co-localization was seen with neurons and not with astrocytes.
