Alternol induces caspase‐dependent cell apoptosis in 143B and MG63 human OS cells in a time‐ and dose‐dependent manner. (A) 143B and MG63 OS cells were treated with vehicle or indicated alternol (2.5 and 5.0 μM) for 12 hrs, cell morphology were observed by inverted microscope.
