Fluorescence projections of the protein signal on (a) TBE-GUVs and (b) DOPS-GUVs vesicles. For TBE-GUVs, proteins assemble into a network-like structure on the vesicle surface. For DOPS-GUVs the protein forms clusters but does not assemble into networks.
